Short version: the calculators run in your browser, and we don't ask for or collect your personal information.

What the calculators do with your numbers

Everything you type into a calculator is processed in your own browser and is not sent to us.

What's saved on your device

To save you retyping, some things are kept in your browser's local storage, on your device only:

• The numbers you last entered in each calculator. Press Reset on a calculator to clear them.
• If you use the quote builder: your business name, contact details, logo, quote notes and your usual tax and deposit percentages.

None of this is sent to us. You can remove all of it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Share links

If you press Share link, the link contains the numbers entered in that calculator, so whoever opens it sees the same estimate. It doesn't include your business details or logo. Only share it with people you're happy to show those numbers to.

What we don't do

• We don't have user accounts.
• We don't sell personal information.
• We don't currently run analytics or advertising scripts on this site.

Our hosting provider

Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to other companies, including affiliate partners. If you click through, that company's own privacy policy applies, and it may use cookies to credit us for the referral.

Children

This site is intended for adults running or hiring home-service businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we add analytics, advertising or anything else that changes how information is handled, we'll update this page first.
